Prevent Windows updates on Windows 10, Windows Server

These guys wrote an app that runs as a service on your Windows 10 machine, and constantly and persistently prevents Windows Update from running.

Windows server is a bit easier.  For windows server. run 'sconfig' from an elevated command prompt, select '5', 'm'anual, then '15' to quit.
